Frequently asked questions about the Authorize.net payment gateway
Do you charge any commission or service fees for each event or each registration?
We do not add any commission fees for your events or your attendee registrations which means that you keep more funds from each registration. Connect your account from Authorize.net to Event Smart and receive payments directly to your Authorize.net merchant account as your attendees register and pay for their event registrations.
How can I set up a recurring payment, payment plan, or a subscription through Authorize.net?
Recurring payments, payment plans, or subscriptions are not currently supported in the Authorize.net feature upgrade. When an attendee pays for their event registration with Authorize.net, they pay up front so, you receive your funds right away.
