I used Event Smart for a large extended family reunion this summer and couldn't have been happier. It was absolutely perfect. I was able to easily create a landing page for my event, create tickets for everything from lodging and t-shirts to meals and other fee on a single form, capture registration data, and interface beautifully with paypal. basic tutorial prompts appeared on each new page on my first visit but it was hardly necessary. Everything was intuitive and easy to use. I was able to subscribe only to the functionality I needed piece by piece and the prices were very reasonable. The platform is built to handle much more complex but was simple enough for mine as well. Finally, the staff was extremely response when I needed the on a couple occasions. There's a growing trend of people in my country using Eventbrite and meetup.com for free food. Event Smart offers a controlled alternative where you can password your event, manually approve people, customize notifications, and sell tickets at your costing. While there's a learning curve and it seems to just be a WordPress plugin they are selling you, ultimately it gets the job done at a 4/5 stars level. Event Smart is an amazing & customizable tool to facilitate ticket payment for events. We used it to coordinate an event that 140 people attended. People were able to seamlessly pay through paypal (with tiered ticketing options). We were also able to export data easily into excel with the names, emails, # tickets purchased etc. I highly recommend this easy to implement tool for ticketing and payment of your event.
